III. WORSHIP IS ETERNAL

In the beginning, God’s plan was to commune and fellowship with man. As Adam walked in the garden, he knew the reality of God’s presence. Adam’s very breath came from God: “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” Genesis 2:7

He was given dominion, fruitfulness, and constant accessibility to the full presence of God...
There are “dimensions” to God’s presence—

OMNIPRESENCE
God’s presence which surrounds every thing.
Psalm 139:7,8 “Whither shall I go from your presence; if I ascend into heaven, You’re there; if I make my bed in hell, You’re there; if I dwell in the uttermost parts of the earth, You’re there.”

ABIDING
Through salvation God’s presence comes to dwell within us, and we have confidence in this... Hebrews 13:5 “...I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”
John 15:4 (NIV) “...Remain in me, and I will remain in you.”

MANIFEST
God’s presence that is made very real to us.
The Old Testament referred to this as the glory of God.
Psalm 100:2,3
“Come before his (manifest) presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God.”

This is what we experience as we enter into worship.

God wants His creation to experience His full presence once again! The outpouring of His Spirit in this day has brought a fresh awareness to every facet of His Body!

WORSHIP IS PERPETUAL, ON-GOING , NEVER-ENDING !

Revelation 5:11-14 (NIV)

"Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. In a loud voice they sang:

'Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth
and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!'

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing:

'To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!'

The four living creatures said, 'Amen,' and the elders fell down and worshiped."
