| Word is getting out... slowly. Many of the churches in Sarnia have been experiencing revival. Sarnia is in Ontario, Canada, across the St. Clair River from Port Huron, Michigan. The revival began at Bethel Pentecostal Church on March 29th of this year, and word has been spreading throughout the city. Still going strong after five months at Bethel, a typical week includes five services besides the two on Sunday.
A popular and long-running Christian TV show in Canada, 100 Huntley St., ran a report on the revival, and featured a teen named Kyle Lubbers, who was transformed through an encounter with a young Sarnia pastor, and ultimately, by God's touch at the revival. The Sept. issue of Charisma also has a feature. This revival didn't just appear out of nowhere. It's the fruit of four consecutive years of Lenten season prayer for revival at the church.
